  • STELLAR faced a unique challenge as a new brand at the intersection of tech and luxury hospitality: the need to successfully launch and scale a new tech solution to an U/HNWI audience, who are used to booking exclusive experiences directly or through concierge services.

    The appetite for the solution undoubtedly exists. STELLAR's Founder, Tony Abrams, has two decades of experience as Founder & CEO of New York based lifestyle management firm, Four Hundred; during which he witnessed first-hand how coveted reservations would often go to waste when clients could no longer attend.

    With investment from Human Capital (with Uber co-founder Oscar Salazar and Sean Parker of Facebook participating), STELLAR is addressing a real market need.

    In order to develop its brand and spread the word, STELLAR sought a collaborative marketing partner with specific expertise in attracting and converting an U/HNWI audience.

  • Rosard supports STELLAR with its overarching marketing and content strategy, Instagram management, Meta ads, TikTok strategy, content creation, graphic design, UGC creator sourcing & briefing, and video editing.

    We produced and directed STELLAR's first photoshoot at the prestigious Berkeley Hotel in London, to create social content celebrating the launch of the app. The shoot captured the essence of the STELLAR lifestyle; with curated setups throughout the hotel that illustrated both the brand's playful personality and the exclusivity of their offerings.

    As STELLAR's appointed creative marketing partner, we ensure that all content - including that created in-house and by UGC creators - aligns with STELLAR's brand identity and aesthetic.

    All marketing activity is tailored to reaching a discerning audience, to position STELLAR as the go-to platform for reselling exclusive hospitality experiences.

    Our pre-launch Meta ads campaign achieved a 58% increase in waitlist subscribers in just one month, representing a high conversion rate of 22%.

    The launch photoshoot at The Berkeley Hotel provided 9 high-quality videos for social and a gallery of lifestyle images that set the tone for STELLAR’s digital presence, leading to increased engagement and brand recognition.
